We employ our craftsmen on a permanent basis, which allows us to develop their skills according to their background and our own research and techniques. Most of our staff remain with us for many years, having started as apprentices.

Sterling Studios team of permanently employed craftspeople and artisans combine a myriad of approaches, disciplines and skills, with a reputation for problem solving, unmatched industry knowledge and technical expertise.We are also able to call upon a large number of trusted and capable contractors (many of whom are former employees) as the need arises.
