Company
Sterling Studios is a specialist decorative arts company which offers clients an extensive collection of exquisite bespoke finishes all hand crafted in our workshop in London.
We have engineered a unique balance between reaping the benefits of a large 10,000+sq ft workshop whilst simultaneously upholding personal relationships with all of our clients. Our core values are original design, technical innovation and efficient service.
Origins
In 2003, Fiona Sutcliffe and François Lavenir, the directors of Sterling Studios, strived together to create a unique type of company which could offer clients both an excellent personal service and the resources available to a large studio.
The directors have transferred the vast artistic and technical knowledge acquired during their time as antique restorers to build Sterling Studios' skills and reputation. The rigour and precision required have provided them with the foundations and confidence to experiment freely with materials and techniques in order to produce truly original work of all genres.
